ARE YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER AS A QUEEN OR BEGGAR September 10, 2007
Posted by admin in : Sales , trackbackHow are you treating your customer, Like Queen or Beggar?
Now you will raise a Question why I said treat the customer as a Queen?
Let us check this example. You are going to a restaurant where the service is good by addressing all your needs. He gives a warm welcome. All the waiters are so pleasing and serving nicely; before you leave they give special sweets as complementary to your child may be a balloon.
The previous week, you have been to a restaurant, where the food is awesome!!! But the service is pathetic. They made you to wait. A/C was not functioning on that day. They have not even bothered to apologize though you have complained that the A/C was not working.
If I asked you to choose a hotel, which one will you choose to go with your family or with friends if you need to have good entertainment and good experience.
I am sure the answer is the first one. The same thing is in your life. What kind of experience you give it to your customer. It will decide whether he needs to come back to you or not. Customer I meant, It may be your spouse or children or friends or vendors or whom ever you do transaction everyday.
I am sure from now on you will create a better customer experience for everyone without much of additional cost, which may fetch you few thousands of additional business.

very true i totally agree with your opinion… we would definitely expect good customer service when we go somewhere. so if we satisfy our customers they would not only return to us but would also recommend our product.. moreover rather than treating them royally till the time they buy your product treat them the same way when they come back with any complaints or so… after sales too is very important to make a mark in the market.. thats how you can have an edge over the others..
