Say for example you are meeting 100 customers. Out of that 60 converted into prospective and 30 are buying your product, which means your closing average is 30%.
In sales you must work in reverse, which means once you finalize the target - you need to work on the reverse. Means if you need to make 30 sales, your target must not be 30 Sales, your target must be meeting 100 customers
Let us check out this example, if you need to travel Chennai to Trichy by car, How will find out the time taken to reach there? First you need to check how many kilometers it is. Then in which vehicle will you be going and how fast you can drive. Ex Chennai to trichy 300 kms, and your average speed is 60 kms , you can reach in 5hrs.
Are we following this, According to the statistics, 95% of us does not follow this. They set a target saying I need to achieve some X nos, but they never back work on this. Follow this simple strategy and do let me know the results. It will be an amazing one.
